Building Use Law
Synopsis
This Law was first enacted by MCR on September 11, 1973 and later amended on October 31, 1983. This is a law respecting the use of buildings, the removal and punishment of persons trespassing upon the reserve or frequenting the reserve for prescribed purposes and the prevention of disorderly conduct and nuisances. Conditions for obtaining a permit are contained within the Law.
