Business Trades & Professions Law
Synopsis
This Law was first enacted by MCR #55/1999-00 on November 22, 1999 and later amended into its current form by MCR #59/2004-2005 on November 24, 2004. This is a law respecting non-Community members carrying on, or who want t carry on, businesses, trades or professions within the Territory. Conditions for obtaining a License are contained within the Law.
