Kahnawá:ke Conservation Law
Synopsis
This Law was enacted by Town By-Law #14/1983-84 on October 31, 1983. It is a law respecting the preservation, protection and management of fur bearing animals, fish and other game on the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawà:ke and Tiowero:ton. It also enforces law and regulations of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke for trespassing.
