The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that it has received a request from the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) to amend the Regulation Regarding Electronic Gaming Devices pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law.
The KGC notified the KLC on December 6, 2024, that the proposed amendments are in regard to EGD bet limit restrictions (Sections 8-8.3).
