The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission (KLCC) wishes to advise the community that the amendments to the Kanien’kehá:ka of Kahnawà:ke Law were enacted on Tuesday, 3 Ohiarihkó:wa/July 2018 at a duly-convened Council meeting.
Chief & Council signed the Confirmation of the Will of the People via a Mohawk Council Resolution to officially enact the revised law, which was formerly known as the Kahnawà:ke Membership Law.
The Mohawk Council Resolution (#1, 2018-2019) was passed unanimously by the ten Ratitsénhaienhs present.
