The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission (KLCC) would like to remind Kahnawa’kehró:non that full-scale Community Consultations will resume on amendments to the Kahnawà:ke Membership Law tomorrow (Thursday) evening.
This follows two special ‘continuation’ meetings that were held by Group 3 in an attempt to reach consensus. This group is expected to present their decision and recommendations at tomorrow’s meeting.
The eighth Community Consultation will be held from 6pm to 8:30pm at the Karonhianónhnha School. New participants are very much welcome to attend.
