Athletic Events Law
Synopsis
This Law was first enacted by MCR #10/1996-97 on April 4, 1996 and later amended into its current form by MCR #7/2005-06 on August 1, 2005. This is a law respecting the control or prohibition of public games, sports, races, athletic contests and other amusements within the Territory. The Law provides for the creation of a Kahnawà:ke Athletic Commission.
