The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission wishes to inform the community that the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Law draft Regulation Concerning Suppliers, and Regulation Concerning Alternate Board Members Feedback Report is now available for viewing.
The feedback and responses were compiled during the 30-day review period of the draft regulations that took place from April 12, 2024, to May 13, 2024.

The draft regulations are pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Law. The regulations are a necessary component for the implementation of the Law.
