The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission wishes to advise the community that the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Board has submitted an application to create the following regulation, pursuant to Section 23.1(s) of the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Law (KCCL):
- a regulation regarding price control.
The Technical Drafting Committee will draft the regulation and consult with stakeholders and community members. The consultation process may consist of focus groups, kiosks, public information sessions and/or community consultation meetings.
The community will be informed once the events are scheduled.
