Health Care Professions Law
Synopsis
This Law was first enacted by MCR #59/2004-2005 on November 24, 2004and later amended into its current form by MCR #09/2005-2006 on February 6, 2006. This is a law respecting the regulation of health care professionals within the Territory. Provisions for obtaining a permit are contained within the Law. The Law provides for the appointment of a Permit Inspector. There are 3 regulations attached to this Law.
