The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission (KGC) has provided notification that an amendment to the Regulations Concerning Electronic Gaming (the “Regulations”) was approved by the KGC.
The KGC notified the KLC on March 17, 2025, that the amendment to the Regulations is in regard to an increase to the reporting threshold on the Electronic Gaming Devices Jackpot Notification Form (Section 300).
