The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that it has received a request from the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission to amend the Regulation Regarding Electronic Gaming Devices pursuant to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Law.
The KGC notified the KLC on November 18, 2024, that the proposed amendments are in regard to updating the EGD Application Process (Sections 7, 17(b), 21(a-d), 23, 24, 32(b), 32(d), 32(e-f), 32(g), 32(h), 34, 35, 40(c), 49, and 50(b).
