he Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission wishes to advise the community that the following three Regulationsunder the Kahnawà:ke Justice Act were enacted on Monday, March 25, 2024, by MCED# 17/2023-2024:
- Regulation Respecting the Institution and Management of the Administrative Tribunal;
- Regulation Respecting the Selection and Appointment of Decision-Makers to the Administrative Tribunal; and
- Regulation Respecting the Rules of the Administrative Tribunal.
These Regulations are now published and can be found on the Community Decision-Making and Review Process website www.kahnawakemakingdecisions.com.
