The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission (KLCC) would like to remind Kahnawa’kehró:non that the next Hearing on the proposed Kahnawà:ke Tobacco Law will take place tomorrow (Tuesday, 31 Onerahtohkó:wa/ May 2016) from 6pm to 8:30pm at the Golden Age Club.
The agenda will encompass Section VI (6) – The ‘Kahnawà:ke Tobacco Regulatory Commission – Elections,’ starting at Section 6.14.
Topics will include: Elections; Election of General Commission Members; Election of Industry Commission Members; Removal from Office; Resignation; Vacancy; Interim Commission; Officers; Quorum; Meetings; Remuneration; and Conflict of Interest.
